White Lodging is seeking a friendly Server for Brush Creek Ranch in Wyoming to deliver exceptional hospitality during the summer season.

You will serve guests, maintain dining room standards, and contribute to a team-focused environment in a luxury ranch setting with subsidized housing and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable demeanor and service orientation.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred for operating ranch vehicles.
• Previous restaurant/bar or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly with excellent service.
• Set up, perform side work, and complete closing duties.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and prepare dining area for service.
• Know menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest questions.
• Use suggestive selling to enhance dining and check averages.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards before serving.
• Confirm guest satisfaction early in the meal.
• Present accurate guest checks without errors and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles.
• Engage guests with friendly conversation and build connections.
• Promote a safe, welcoming work environment and teamwork.

• Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers
• Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests
• Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork
