Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a retail leader to oversee multiple outlets, manage product purchasing, inventory, and profitability. You will develop and coach a retail team, ensure outstanding guest service, and build engaging environments with compelling displays and campaigns.

You will coordinate with vendors for events and promotions, deliver sales training, and track performance to maximize revenue and align with Canyon Ranch's guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail, hospitality, or wellness customer care.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all retail operations across multiple outlets, including product purchasing, inventory management, sales performance, budgeting, and overall store profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop retail team members through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing support to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Create and maintain engaging retail environments by overseeing merchandising, product displays, promotional campaigns, and visual presentation standards.
• Partner with vendors to coordinate special events, product launches, promotions, and educational opportunities that enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Develop and deliver retail sales training for colleagues across departments, helping teams build product knowledge, increase retail engagement, and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor retail performance metrics, track sales results and commission programs, and collaborate with department leaders to implement strategies that maximize revenue and support business objectives.
