Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining visually appealing spaces.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to assist with a variety of operational needs.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise or supplies as needed.
• Interest in hospitality, retail, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the retail space with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Assist guests with product selections, local recommendations, and information about Ranch activities and events.
• Operate the POS system and process guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays and merchandise areas.
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization and monthly inventory counts.
• Share knowledge about featured products, local artisans, and Ranch offerings with guests.
• Assist with guest check-ins for Ranch experiences and special events as needed.
• Support overall Outpost operations and assist other departments when needed.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while contributing to a welcoming guest environment.
