Job summary

Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa, a Four Diamond luxury guest ranch along the Colorado River, seeks a well-rounded Retail Store Manager. You’ll be the face of the store, delivering heartwarming welcomes, managing front-of-house operations, and leading a team in a fast-paced Grab-N-Go environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive retail experience, strong leadership, and a professional demeanor, with a focus on customer service and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Purchasing and vendor management experience.
• Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to sell the brand (private label).

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house staff including scheduling and assisting with culinary as needed.
• Assist guests with questions and sales of retail items.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and clean the retail space.
• Handle checkout and assist with purchases.
• Sell pre-made Grab N Go foods and package for customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service and handle complaints.
• Troubleshoot emergencies as needed.
• Prepare and monitor store budget and supply orders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and security requirements.
