Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product guidance in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, stock shelves, and promote programs while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

The role emphasizes selling skills, knowledge of current promotions, and the ability to help customers make informed buying decisions, in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS register system.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to customers.
• Replenish and stock merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain pricing and signage and stay informed on advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocking as needed.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products, and promoting programs (Club, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
