Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and assist with purchases in a fast-paced retail environment. You will maintain merchandise on the floor, keep pricing/signage current, and support seasonal floor moves while delivering a legendary experience to every customer.

Responsibilities include advising customers, promoting memberships, and accurately operating the POS system.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and warmly.
• Demonstrate products to customers and answer questions.
• Keep shelves stocked and prices/signage accurate.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions.
• Promote memberships and services (CLUB, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Provide a legendary customer experience by assessing needs and recommending products.
