Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to deliver friendly customer service while assisting guests with product information and recommendations. This part-time role involves greeting customers, stocking shelves, demonstrating products, and promoting club memberships and in-store pickup.

You will work on the sales floor, handle transactions at the POS, and maintain a neat, well-stocked area while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate product features to customers.
• Restock shelves and keep the area clean and organized.
• Maintain pricing and signing and stay knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal merchandise moves and club membership promotions.
