Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide information to guide buying decisions. The role requires maintaining shelf stock, keeping the area clean, and promoting store programs while delivering a legendary in-store experience.

Responsibilities include handling merchandise, processing transactions with a POS system, and collaborating with management and teammates to ensure a world-class shopping environment. Part-time schedule offered.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with management and customers.
• Experience operating a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to customers.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, stocked work areas and follow company policies.
• Assist with seasonal floor moves and promote programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pick-up).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
