Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to welcome customers, demonstrate products, and guide purchasing decisions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with shoppers, explain features, and help customers choose the best gear for their needs.

You will maintain shelves, stay knowledgeable about promotions, and promote CLUB memberships and in-store pickup while delivering a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register and make change.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish shelves and maintain merchandising standards.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked work area and follow policies.
