Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions on the sales floor. This part-time role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a well-stocked, tidy store environment.

Responsibilities include presenting merchandise, assisting with seasonal moves, processing transactions at the POS, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures and make change.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information and assistance.
• Replenish and restock shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge through training.
• Support seasonal floor merchandise moves and signing.
• Process transactions and promote programs (CLUB, In-Store Pick-up).
• Follow all company policies and keep work area clean and stocked.
