Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part-Time Sales Outfitter. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions with a friendly, attentive approach on the sales floor. Replenishment, knowledge of promotions, and accurate pricing/signage are essential to everyday operations.

This role emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining organized shelves and displays while using the POS system to complete transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information, assistance, and direction.
• Replenish and stock shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and price/signage.
• Deliver a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• All other duties as assigned.
