Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, uphold visual merchandising standards, manage scheduling, inventory, and training, and help grow sales.

This role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel between locations in Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• Strong retail management experience and leadership is required.
• At least 1+ years in retail management leading teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel between locations and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates under Store Manager guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and retention of staff.
