Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail store management experience in grocery/retail/drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and store cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Supervise, train and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure safe, respectful environment and adherence to policies.
