Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona is seeking a Store Supervisor at the Houghton location in Tucson, AZ. This professional full-time management role offers $18.00 to $18.90 hourly, with benefits and potential for growth.

The successful candidate will train staff, oversee daily store operations, manage cash handling, customer service, donor interactions, pricing and merchandising, while ensuring safety and company policy compliance in a collaborative, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of merchandising and industry trends.
• Ability to operate a cash register, count money and make change.
• CPR and 1st Aid may be required; background check for DD services within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate GISA's values at all times.
• Secure cash, receipts, deposits, and keys as assigned.
• Report unusual or suspicious occurrences to the Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting and scheduling weekly work and breaks.
• Support day-to-day store operations and customer/donor service.
• Maintain cleanliness and image of the store; ensure inventory rotation.
