Job summary

Work World is seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor in Redding, CA to lead daily operations and provide excellent customer service. You’ll open/close the store, direct the sales floor, greet customers, and ensure a clean, organized environment to support sales growth.

The role expects 1–2 years in retail, with supervising experience preferred; night and weekend work is required. Sick time and generous employee discounts accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Sales and supervising experience is preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated sales skills and experience.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Bi-Lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Always maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
