Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years retail management preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS and timekeeping systems; ability to read financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and maintain store standards.
• Monitor KPIs to assess team and store performance.
• Strategize to meet targets and coach team for KPI improvement.
• Drive customer engagement with effective sales techniques and a welcoming environment.
• Oversee cash handling and inventory tasks ensuring policy adherence.
• Train and develop team members for high performance.
• Keep store clean and organized across floor, parking lot, and back office.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours; climb ladders as needed.
