Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet Company standards and drive sales and profitability.
• Manage payroll, staffing, scheduling, and payroll reporting.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Store Manager, Supervisors and Associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, easy-to-shop store environment.
