Job summary

• Coach and demonstrate WSS business objectives with a strong customer service focus.
• Ensure proper pricing and displays throughout the store.
• Assist with increasing sales and delivering sales plan.
• Delegate tasks to Team Members and provide follow up.
• Motivate Team Members to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and lead on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities to support sales.
• Oversee and lead the team to greet customers and build loyalty.
