Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations in the West Palm Beach area. You will open and close the store, assign registers, and support team members throughout the day to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, merchandising standards, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
