Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Store Supervisor in Montgomery County, PA, to lead daily store operations and coach teammates. You’ll back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives.

You will analyze daily sales trends, review merchandise presentation, monitor loss prevention, and drive KPIs while delivering excellent customer experiences and training new staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs during shifts.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership.
• Set clear priorities, sales and KPI targets for the team to achieve.
• Support store and regional leadership and HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
