Under Armour in New Jersey is seeking a Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results. You'll back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives.

Your impact includes analyzing daily sales trends, directing merchandising moves, monitoring loss prevention, and leading areas like Talent, Visuals and Operations to gain cross-functional experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in selling and customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve targets.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
