UNIQLO in San Jose, CA is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor in Training to lead a sales team and uphold exceptional customer service standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and trains sales associates to exceed customer expectations, while ensuring brand and operational policies are followed.

The position offers full-time hours with a pathway to promotion, competitive benefits, and a starting wage of $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication skills for training and development.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages accurately.

Responsabilités

• Motivate team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise floor coverage and breaks per daily schedules during peak times.
• Maintain brand and operational standards across store.
• Uphold UNIQLO service standards and principles with the team.
• Train team on fitting room and cash wrap standards.
• Manage inventory and replenishment on floor.
• Assist management in identifying store issues.
• Educate team on product and brand knowledge.
• Enforce company policies and report infractions.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
