Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Training for our Providence, RI location.

The role focuses on leading a team to achieve sales goals, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring smooth operations on the floor, fitting rooms, and at cash wrap. You will train the team on product knowledge, inventory management, and store procedures, while supporting management on store initiatives and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Motivates their team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Supervises the floor to monitor breaks and ensure coverage during peak times.
• Ensures brand and operational standards are consistently met (visual, cleanliness, cash management, inventory).
• Trains and develops their team on fitting room & cash wrap standards.
• Manages inventory by ensuring merchandise is represented and replenished on the floor.
• Assists management to identify issues in the store.
