UNIQLO USA in Roseville, CA is seeking a Supervisor in Training to lead the sales team and model exceptional customer service. You will guide Sales Associates in your department to meet and exceed standards while supporting training and development across the floor.

This full-time role offers promotion opportunities every three months based on performance, and a starting wage of $20 per hour. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to align with store needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Key Holder with store responsibility.
• Motivates team to meet and exceed sales.
• Supervises floor coverage during peak times per schedules.
• Ensures brand, visual, cleanliness, cash and inventory standards are met.
• Trains team on fitting room and cash wrap standards.
• Manages inventory and replenishment across floor.
• Identifies store issues and assists management as needed.
• Trains team on product knowledge and customer service.
