Fast Retailing in Roseville, CA is seeking a Supervisor in Training to lead a store team and model exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will train Sales Associates, supervise floor coverage, and ensure brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team with strong communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure brand standards and cash management accuracy.
• Train and develop team on fitting room and cash wrap standards; assist when needed.
• Manage inventory on the floor and ensure full-size runs are represented.
• Identify issues and assist management with problem solving.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers and maintain service standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures and report infractions.
