Job summary

Fast Retailing is recruiting for the UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) Program in the United States. This 12‑month training track develops future UNIQLO Store Operations Leaders through hands-on store leadership, merchandising, and people management.

You will rotate to a U.S. store, oversee sales and inventory planning, and learn P&L, layout, and customer service excellence under experienced mentors. Relocation and comprehensive benefits support growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or sales management experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and merchandising as part of the Management Candidate Program.
• Engage in leadership development, coaching, and talent development activities.
• Contribute to sales planning, profitability analysis, and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Participate in district and regional reviews and multi-store leadership exposure.
