Job summary

Family Dollar LLC in Sabattus, ME seeks a dedicated team member for full-time store operations and customer service. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure clean, well-stocked floors and back areas.

You will also follow directives, maintain displays, and support loss prevention while promoting a safe, friendly shopping environment. The role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication, and a preferred store-management

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain promotional displays.
