Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Sabattus, Maine store and provide a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and help unload trucks as needed.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits.”

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk extensively.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
