Responsibilities

• Continually support and work cooperatively with all members of retail and upper management.
• Serve as a positive, productive role model to all employees, participants and customers.
• Provide appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions.
• Comply with and enforce all agency policies and procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist store management in meeting or exceeding monthly production plan, as directed, while ensuring quality/quantity standards.
• Assist in completion of store staff work schedules, as directed by store management.
• Review and respond to customer complaints professionally.
