Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan in Clio, MI is seeking a motivated Full Time Retail Supervisor for our CLIO Store located at 4082W. Vienna Rd. This role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. The position offers hourly pay of $17 plus a 20% employee discount, with monthly bonus

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated, team-building individual to fill a Full Time Retail Supervisor position at our CLIO Store located at 4082W. Vienna Rd., Clio, MI 48420

$17 an hour plus20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and train store staff.
• Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.
• Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling.
• Deliver good customer service.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Appropriately handle customer concerns/complaints.
• Stock and return merchandise per company directive.
• Ensure that all merchandise is displayed appropriately.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed.

• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
• Do you have a valid Michigan Drivers License?
• Ability to push, pull and operate a pallet jack.
• Must have telephone access.
• Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently?
• Are youpleasant, cheerful and professional?
