Job summary

Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. seeks a Retail Associate - Full Time, Hourly to support store operations by receiving donations, processing items, and maintaining the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive donated items and process donations.
• Sort donations by category and complete paperwork.
• Operate cash register and maintain displays.
• Stock merchandise and rotate inventory.
• Maintain store appearance and general housekeeping.
• Sort textiles and hardlines per guidelines.
• Move and handle merchandise using appropriate equipment.
