Job summary

Oakley, a brand within EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to partner with the store manager in learning all facets of store operations. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, maintain visual standards, and help protect company assets while guiding the team toward revenue and customer service goals.

In this role you will train staff, manage daily tasks, and schedule shifts to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand for much of the day and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Physical activities include bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching, and/or frequent use of a stepladder.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns employees to tasks and helps schedule hours per payroll matrix.
• Ensures compliance with communications by overseeing merchandise, displays, and presentations.
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor.
• Oversees staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the store manager.
