Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to support the management team on the floor, motivate the team, and deliver an uncompromising customer experience. You’ll help with processing, restocking, and ensuring store standards while leading opening/closing procedures when needed.

The role emphasizes brand knowledge, strong sales performance, bilingual communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience with top results in individual performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time on sales floor or warehouse.
• Bilingual capability.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and keeps up to date with products.
• Establishes connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Assists with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness of floor and warehouse.
• Organizes the warehouse with labeling, placement, organization, and cleanliness.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
