Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Sales Supervisor to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales while maintaining Oakley's presentation standards.

This role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, merchandising, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on achieving revenue, profit, and customer service goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Ability to stand for most of the day and move around on the floor or in the warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maneuver merchandise.
• Physical activities include bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists store manager in training and managing all employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns employees to specific tasks and assists with scheduling work hours following the payroll matrix.
• Ensures compliance with company communications by overseeing the preparation of merchandise, displays, and presentations.
• Coordinates the restocking of merchandise and the flow of goods from the warehouse to the floor.
• Oversees the compliance of all staff with the company's policies, procedures, and established standards.
• Performs all other tasks assigned from time to time by the store manager.
