Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Acts as acting Store Manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service and maintain service standards.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual; assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold policies and procedures per manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information by internal control procedures and report fraud risk.
