Job summary

Hibbett I City Gear is seeking an Assistant Manager in Forest, MS to support store operations and leadership in the Operations department. You will work with the Store Manager to drive selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires knowledge of product areas, adherence to policies, and the ability to act as Store Manager in their absence. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are essential.
