Dollar General Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager's direction, you will supervise employees, manage merchandise presentation, completion of paperwork, and deposits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; capable of problem solving and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including stocking, restocking and rotating displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash handling controls; assist deposits and refunds.
