Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries, locate items, complete purchases, and perform advanced POS functions.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and merchandise new items per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate associates, manage breaks per policy.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment for customers and associates.
• Handle damages and returns per established procedures.
