Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an Retail Assistant Store Manager in Stockbridge, GA to assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, and supervising staff. You will lead meetings, maintain displays, and drive the store toward meeting budgeted performance targets.

This role emphasizes customer/donor satisfaction and the in-store experience. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or military supervisory experience, plus strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in supervision of 15 or more employees in retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of military service with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff.
• Lead meetings, drive customer and donor satisfaction, and manage displays and policy compliance.
• Help the store meet or exceed budgeted financial performance; ongoing training is provided.
