Job summary

You will participate in day-to-day store operations, including cash handling, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming store presence.

The ideal candidate is reliable, can work a full shift, and enjoys teamwork and helping the community through Goodwill's programs in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills for cash handling and balancing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Rotating schedule including evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and greet with friendly, professional service.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization per company standards.
• Assist in donation processing and merchandise presentation on the floor.
• Support safety procedures and follow company policies.
