Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service.

You will assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, ensure compliance with company policies, and help maintain merchandising standards across the district. Willing to work in multiple stores within the assigned district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management.
• Ability to uphold company policies and procedures.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train store personnel, including evaluations.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and training.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations for staff.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting strategies.
• Monitor shrink and prevent loss to meet district goals.
• Ensure safety and business standards are followed.
• Train employees in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and friendly environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
