Job summary

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor inventory and shrink, and ensure policy compliance across stores in the district. A strong leader with English fluency and organizational skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.
• Experience with merchandising and inventory control.
• Familiarity with store budgeting and financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to achieve store goals and training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and training of store personnel.
• Assist with performance evaluations and feedback for store employees.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting alignment.
• Monitor shrink and loss prevention to keep within company plan.
• Ensure safety and business standards compliance.
• Support training in selling and merchandising techniques.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and a friendly store environment.
• Assist with merchandise inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
