The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem solving, with a focus on coaching Store Associates, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment, and driving sales through effective store execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform regular movement and lifting tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize, stock, and transfer merchandise as needed and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and secure store assets.
