Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our store leadership team in California. The role supports store management in planning and driving execution, ensuring customer service excellence, and leading the team when a manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, price setting, stock management, and executing weekly and seasonal displays, with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.
• When no manager is onsite, lead the store and supervisory staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price, stock shelves, and plan weekly/promotional/seasonal displays.
• Support off-shelf merchandise displays and inventory management.
