Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Capitola, California to join our store leadership team. You will help plan and drive store execution, coach colleagues, and uphold customer service standards to build loyalty and a positive shopping experience.

In this role you will supervise staff when managers are away, handle opening/closing procedures, stock shelves, merchandise, and address customer questions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and crews to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store's crew, assign tasks, and follow up on completion.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotional displays.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and provide coaching feedback to colleagues.
