Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail preferred.

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory is essential.
• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, and counsel employees in compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and planning, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.
• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees; train, evaluate performance, and address gaps.
• Set pay and advancement recommendations; enforce policies and conduct.
• Communicate performance expectations and coordinate safety, security, and policy adherence.
• Open/close store as required; ensure proper staffing and smooth daily start/end.
• Analyze operating statements to identify trends, profitability, and costs.
• Oversee stock replenishment and inventory accuracy; manage cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to standards and pricing.
