Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• A passion to lead those in span of care while providing industry leading service.
• Demonstrates proactive/creative thinking and applies it to the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall operations across store areas including food and general merchandise.
• Manages planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps.
• Engages team members and leadership to provide the best possible shopping experience.
• Develops talent within the store and drives engagement to retain and recruit staff.
• Ensures food safety standards and store profitability through effective strategies.
• Drives store performance metrics including sales, margin, and customer satisfaction.
