Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure customer service standards.
• Oversee schedules, payroll, and inventory procedures to maintain efficiency and reduce loss.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team members to grow skills.
