Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and drive store performance with effective scheduling and action plans. You will identify training opportunities to develop the team and maintain strong customer service standards.

Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with an anticipated increase to $26.50 in Year 2; full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and energetic leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day‑to‑day store activities and developing operational action plans.
• Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
• Ensure store personnel adhere to inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Merchandises product neatly to maximize sales and maintains signage.
• Participate in interviewing process for store personnel.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper store signage at all times.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels through ordering and inventory counts.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
