Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks an experienced store operations leader in Lowell, AR. You will oversee day-to-day store performance, drive profitability, manage inventory and scheduling, and promote exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience
• Ability to read and review a profit and loss statement to identify areas of improvement
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Experience with budgeting and controllable expenses to drive profitability
